Job Summary:

Maple Leaf Financial Advisory seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, financial forecasting, quarterly reporting, and strategic business planning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budget variance analyses, and cash flow projections
  • Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leaders to monitor KPIs and recommend profitability improvements
  • Assist with annual audits and tax compliance reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/CFA candidate preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or financial planning (FP&A)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial forecasting software
